Impact
Committed to opening doors for women and the next generation
Having built her own path in fields where women are underrepresented — from robotics to technology — Nhi Pm believes that talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not.
She dedicates her time to closing that gap: mentoring young women, speaking with students about the future of work, and supporting organisations that give children a fairer start.
Approach
Mentorship
Guiding young women into technology and STEM, and encouraging them to explore fields traditionally dominated by men.
Education
Helping students navigate a changing job market and understand how technology is reshaping careers.
Partnership
Supporting organisations that create opportunity and a better start for children around the world.
